We’re excited to announce a new page on the Ice Boat Foundation website dedicated to the historic Class A stern-steerer Miss Madison. Built in 1927 by William and Carl Bernard, she is the last surviving example of the Madison-style iceboat and a jewel of our collection. On her page you’ll find her story, racing history, restoration details, and full specifications.

And this September, you’ll be able to see her in person. Miss Madison will be on display at Marshall Park in Madison during the MC Scow National Championship regatta, September 17–20, 2025.
